Application for BCCC Membership
Refounded in 1999, the Bullseye Cancel Collector's Club (BCCC) will carry on the tradition of the original club. Members have an interest in centered cancels on postage stamps in any portion that the location and the date of the obliteration are readable. Many are also interested in different land's city cancels and cancel devices. The BCCC has a goal to increase membership among all collectors with an interest in cancels through the publications of articles on this subject in out bulletin and also in other publications. Our periodic auctions, and Round Robin trading circuits will also be held to provide bullseye philatelic material to members. The BCCC Bulletin will be published quarterly in January, April, July, and October.
Membership is open to all interested in bullseyes or specialized postmarks. The annual dues are $15.00 for USA, Canada, and Mexico. For all other countries it is $20.00. This entitles members to the quarterly journal, a yearly membership directory and the auction services.
The membership runs from January to December. If you join anytime between January and October you pay the full amount. You will receive the Membership Directory. If you join between November and December, your membership starts the following year with the Winter Bulletin.
